It is worth considering the numbers. If you book for 30 minutes at say $40 the House will make say $25, and the girl, Approx. $15. If she offers a NHJ that is usually + $50 so the girl makes $65 rather than $15. Considering that the original $15 is assessable for tax and the $50 tip for the NHJ is not, the chance of being refused entirely is modest.
And if the girl is Asian it's a fair bet that her calculating ability is twice as good as yours.
