It can be difficult for some people to realise that they are stalking. I've been strongly attracted to certain ML's, but I don't think I am a stalker. Others may disagree. SouthBrisbane's comment that someone actually makes threats is disturbing. Would like to know specifics of the threats.

It depends how you ask questions or talk in conversations. You can usually tell the chatty ones from the private ones quickly. If i sense a bad vibe, its time to pull back.
Any lady who has done this for any length of time gets creeps. They are pretty good at identifying who to trust and who to keep at an arms lengths. Except the ones who are useless at identifying any male thats likely to be a problem.

This isn't a case of stalking, it's a case of a customer using a position of power in an attempt to get something they may otherwise not from a vulnerable worker. That person may think it's subtle or funny but it is unlawful coercion and at minimum would and should have the person banned from the establishment.Quote:

Over the years ive heard of girls being raped/stalked/tricked into bad situations, it's happening all the time and the shops have responsibility to protect and train their staff.
These girls also need to realize that they are in australia they have rights and strong rule of law, they are victims they should be reporting these guys to police and stalk them back find out where these pricks work and call up their place of work let HR department know what they are getting up to turn the tables on them see how they like a taste of it.

The reality is, creeps and lowlifes will always be around, and unfortunately, there’s not much that can be done about their existence. But what can be done is holding employers accountable because they do have the power and the legal responsibility to protect their workers.
That includes everyone, even the "off-the-books" people using false names. They’re still employees under WHS laws, and they still deserve a safe workplace.
Massage parlours, like any other business, are covered under Work Health and Safety laws. They’re running as legitimate businesses now, but that also means they have to meet safety and compliance standards just like any other industry. And let’s be real, these businesses probably have higher WHS risks than most, purely because of the clientele they deal with. About as selective as a porta-potty at a music festival!!
From a legal standpoint if a customer is making threats to employees, the employer is already on thin ice.
At minimum, they’re at risk of breaching their Primary Duty of Care by failing to ensure a safe work environment. That includes managing risks from aggressive customers, violent behavior, and any other workplace hazards. If they ignore it, they could be facing liability for workplace violence, gross negligence, or even reckless conduct, any of which could land them in seriously hot legal water.
And if sexual harassment is involved and it leads to psychological harm or, heaven forbid, suicide, that’s a whole new level of legal consequences, including potential industrial manslaughter charges.
The bottom line is, employers need to step up. They should already have policies in place, be training staff on how to handle these threats, and putting proper safety measures in place. If they aren’t doing that, employees have every right to report them to Safe Work or Fair Work.
And let’s be clear, if any of the girls are reading this forum, these reports are private and confidential, so there’s no excuse for staying silent.
Legit businesses follow WHS laws and take care of their workers. I run a legit business myself and Safety of my employees is my highest priority. If some of these places are just now coming out of the black market and trying to run things properly, they need to get compliant, fast. Because at the end of the day, worker safety has to come first. Employers who can’t understand that don’t deserve to be in business.
