If they're 20yo they're likely to be an inexperienced student nurse or AIN. Give them a couple more years and they'll graduate into an EEN or fully qualified RN.

If you're much more interested then try a NUM. She'll have all the experiences, is on the six figure salary and is likely to make you end up in a full body cast.
