How to quit punting?

Why would you want to quit? I've been punting since the 90's because I like hot sex with different women.

I don't understand why I would give up something I enjoy, which brings me pleasure and motivation and makes me feel like a man.
As long as you have a code and rules, its ok. Don't overdo it. 2-3x per month. Regardless of your income or how much money you have, stick to a budget and make the girls work for every dollar and some.

There's a lot of weak cunts out there, not saying OP is one, but there are so many piss weak losers out and about who will simp to the girls and buy them flowers and dinner and all sorts of shit, and then when they're told to fuck off, they come crying here. Oh how do I quit??

probably been said before but every time when you get the urge to make a cash withdrawal, before you make a booking or leave your house, have a study session with your number 1. post nut clarity should make you not want it anymore, and if you do this enough you should eventually break the cycle.

also, affirm to yourself that fomo isnt real. you will never regret not having a punt.

Second step is to cease visiting this website if you are being serious bro. We have dudes proclaiming they are satisfied with their wife or gf, things are so expensive now, quality sucks etc. So they are quitting or limiting their punts from now but still regularly coming here to post almost every freaking day lol.
