Farting while receiving BBBJ

The other day a WL was worshipping by cock and balls with her mouth when suddenly I felt some gas wanting to come out of my butt.
I held it in thinking it would go away but just as I was about to CIM the gas also came out causing the WL to run to the toilet and dry reach.
