Doesn't mean shops don't exist, few massage shops offer RnT but not sure about FS places in the area, might need to try Parra, Blacktown or Hornsby areas.
Try locanto, Google locanto massage bella vista and you should get some places. There's a couple in Lexington Drive Bella Vista that are okay and Ashley's in Castle Hill is my pick for Castle Hill but all RnT, I'm not a FS guy.

In Castle Hill, however, you have a few choices. There are (at least) four in quite a small radius:
