Yes ok got to get on the laptop can’t do it on the phone
It's actually quite straightforward to delete messages on your phone.
- Go to Inbox.
- Select specific messages with select box along right hand side for each message you want to delete.
- down at bottom is a "button" which says "Selected Messages xx" or similar.
- press that and a drop down option list appears.
- select "delete" ... and your messages will be deleted.
Same as for sent box as well (I think).
Spaceman. Delete yourself.
