Good advice. If you're not sure about a private ad do the reverse image search. It will reveal if the photo is real or fake and then there will be no need to waste your time.

If you avoid E&B, Skokka, Locanto etc, then are you just advising to pass on privates? Honest question, is there places you would recommend for privates?

I don't see many but have been relatively successful using those sites, but you need to research first. Google the number to look for others being advertised both current and old that are using the same number, reverse image the photos, and most importantly don't visit anybody that has not been reviewed on any review sites. Well that's what I do and it has not been bad.

For me, EnB has had an 80% hit rate. The golden rule is need to be verified. After that, the less professional/staged the pic the better - for an Asian punt.

The inverse is true for Western punts - professional with a face shot. Social media presence is pretty important for Western punts, I've found. Don't go for agencies if you're really hoping for a specific punt.

Locanto has had its good times but in general the uncertainty is probably more exciting than the punt.
