It easy to forget how good Ginza customer service is until you go to another shop. I remember one time at another shop I finished up and was making my way out and the reception just happen to right out of my door so they asked me for feedback but the girl was just behind me... not sure what feedback they expect me to give with the girl just behind me :sweat: . Whereas with Ginza, I feel like they strive to improve wherever possible. It's one thing to take feedback, the important thing is to action on them (where reasonable) and continually improve and I see that with Ginza and their girls. I had a few girls that I repeated and notice their service has improved likely due to the feedback that they received.

Have to give it to Ginza for having great customer service and an amazing talent pool!

no worries this was my experience when i saw her late Nov? early Dec but havent seen recently ....

If they disrecommended Lulu to me, then that tells me that she is missing that special something in her services - which I think your elaborations spell out.

Yeah, one of the other reasons I didn't book her was that her times tend to be 10:30am - 6pm weekdays, which doesn't really work for me.
My guess is her customers could be on the older side who would have more free time, and also wouldn't really be found on this forum.

Or could be just people gatekeeping her. Does seem to be some ladies at some shops who everyone seems to know, but no real ARs exist for them.
