Methods of restricting spending on punting
The title pretty much suggests what I'm after. So the collective thoughts of other bros would be much appreciated.
First off started not long ago, thought it would be nice to try something new, no regrets so far.
So a bit of an intro.
Age: 23 turning 24 this month.
Nationality: ABC
Zodiac: Dragon
Occupation: Corporate Banker and partial business owner
Monthly punting budget: approx $2400 (currently)
Reason for punting: stress relief? (I dont smoke, rarely drink. - these are other methods of relief so I have been told)
So starting off, Don't have Girlfriend or wife. Although some would say they would be the solution to minimizing the regularity of when one would punt, others disagree. Work the best part of 7 days a week and still feel the need to punt, suppose im still not fully occupied haha.
What I'm searching for is ideas on how other bros manage their budget, I suppose this varies depending on your line of work. Also searching for alternatives to punting,
friend suggested just waiting on diablo3 which is still a little while away. Not sure if anyone is still into computer games haha.
I suppose I'm not constrained to a mortgage yet,
although quite frankly I don't think it's the right time to buy at present. Have term deposits and what not, no shares as my trading activities are regulated and limited by the bank.
Another possibility is further study , however being unable to study in the field I want has diverted and kept me away from this field ( would like to study CA however limited to CFA).
If anyone can further add to possible alternatives, it would be much appreciated , it's just something that has been dwelling on my mind for sometime. I suppose I lack self control.
Thanks.
