[General Talk] Decreasing your refractory period (time between shots)

(NOT SHOP INFO!!! sorry my prefix selection has been reduced for some reason. this time I only had Shop Info + Girl Info as my options lol)

It's probably because I'm getting older, but lately I've found that after my first shot, I won't get hard again for a while. Usually not until after the 1hr session has ended.
Any tips for reducing this time between shots? I get very envious of everyone here who can go for multiple rounds in one session.

This could also pass for a general penile health thread. Tips on looking after the little general and making sure he is in fighting form for a long time lol.

Dick push ups. 10 reps. 3 sets a day.... jokes. I have no idea. Takes me at least 15 min before I can go again provided there is some sort of sexual stimuli.

I've heard that a zinc supplement helps but I can't vouch for it.

I know...Apparently back in the day, they even had costume night where girl would line up in nurse or sailor outfits. One of my mates lives to ask the girl to keep some of the uniform on. Apparently 'Sailor moon' took him to the moon more than once. Lol

How old are you ? As you get older it does take time to recover. You definitely need to do something different excercise and diet wise if you want to improve. Hit the gym or pavement and do more excercise. Eat more lamb too, it helps

I like to cum once at the end of my one hour sessions. The fun is in making it last that long which is an art in itself and has taken lots of practice.

Also done that lol. Doesn't work so much when I take a girl home. I usually have to take a nap between shots, which is great don't get me wrong, but I would much rather not feel so old.

I had a similar problem to you and I'm also in my 30's
I have slightly improved being able to shoot from once per day to twice per day.
Used to have to wait for next day until I had any feel to harden.
Changed my diet, did some walking on the treadmill and tried to sleep more.
Worked to an extent.

It can be annoying when u try to control yourself from exploding and fail miserably. You went for second round and was unable to do so and the end of the session. You can try praticing at home to strengthen your pelvic muscles . There are couple of exercise you can do if u do a search online. Or u take a longer break through foreplay.
