Luxury Diamond...??? What a joke...! "Luxury rubbish"

Went to No 5 Marrickville today and was shown around 5 girls.
Small Chinese girl caught my eye. I won't mention her name as I don't want anyone getting into trouble.
I don't feel this is a girl problem anyway, its a management problem.

Told the reception my choice and was shown to a room after being given a lecture on the "Luxury Diamond" service my choice provided.... Whatever the 'fk' that means..!!!
The girl knocked on the door a short time later and came in. She had very limited English but this didn't bother me as she looked quite shy..

I got undressed while she proceeded to put a sheet on the bed. I made my way to the shower and washed as she sat on the bed playing with her phone. As soon as I turned the shower off she jumped up and came into the shower.. She proceeded to wash me a second time.

Onto the bed next where she wiped me down with some baby wipes with one hand and continued playing on her phone with the other.
Next followed the quickest BBBJ in my punting history followed by a condom..
She grabbed me by the arm and gestured me to go on top.. I obliged, remaining hopeful things would improve from here on in..

About 5 strokes in, her phone started vibrating on the bed.. She rolled to the side and reached for it, answering and carrying out a conversation in Chinese..

I was dumbfounded... never in my punting history have I had a girl answer her phone while I'm still hanging out of her..

But wait more was to come.. After she hung up she gave me a nod as if to signal me to continue.. Even though I was starting to get frustrated I forged on, but then the phone rang again...

You guessed it... she answered.... again....!!!!

During this telephone conversation I pulled my dick out of her, removed the condom and went to the shower annoyed. When she finished talking for the second time she came to the shower door and said "you no want fucking...?"

I got dressed and left the room..
To my dismay the office at the end of the hall was empty, not giving me an opportunity to complain.. Completely frustrated and not a receptionist in sight, I let myself out the front door and walked up the road to Midas to try my luck there.

This is not the first time I've been told a girl was offering a higher level of service at this place only to receive an extremely under par service and experience...!

Management needs to address this problem and teach these ladies the proper etiquette when it comes to being paid to provide a service, otherwise why is this shop advertising all these levels of service with amazing names like 'Luxury Diamond' if all you receive is the same old crap for more money..
And tell the girls they are not being paid to be on their phones...!!!

All of that off my chest, I would like to comment on a girl I met there the other day who provided a good experience and a girl I would recommend to anybody.

Ethnicity: Chinese
She is a petite girl with a nice personality. She goes above and beyond in the service department and does it all with a smile and without answering her phone.
Highly recommend to anybody who likes a friendly girl that goes off in bed.

Some of the new managers aren't good some are great.

Both the girls and the managers are under a lot of pressure here and at 42G. Punters are down and there are too many girls to satisfy. The owners have reportedly given them a 6 month turnaround time. Otherwise heads will roll.

No5 is rubbish these days. I had a very dud punt with Jessie there a few weeks back that has turned me off that shop for good for now.

The few times I've been to 244 Paddington I've had enough fun to make walking back out difficult on jelly legs. If they were more conveniently located for me I'd be the more often. Other wise I'd just go Ginza or 278.

I can share the OP’s frustration , I think a no mobile (with WL in room) would be a well received policy for all. Unfortunately lots of them are relying on the phone being set as alarm clock!!

Look on the brighter side, he could have continued to fuck her hard while she is on the phone and see how she reacted.......... could be real fun if it was her bf or husband on the other end......... lol

I agree with Icecool, there are some good girls.. Carina as we both mentioned. But as far as a punter having to tell a girl mid coitus to get off the phone...?
A bit of common sense... The girl should know better, and if she doesn't management should be interested enough to know and care..

Don't know why any shop would need six months for a turnaround to improve... It should just be a matter of the owners sitting down with management and girls and going over the basics.

Unless punters point out flaws I guess shops don't learn and will keep losing customers.

Yes, staying on the phone while working is a big no no, this is a genuine complaint, unlike the other !

So nothing has changed since my last horrible experience at this place 10 years ago. It goes to prove each establishment has its own unique culture. You go into this place and the WLs believe they dont have to provide the services advertised by their shop and they get away with it. This shop is the biggest ripoff.

An amedment to my earlier post I have confused this establishment with 271 Marrickville which is where I was robbed of my hard earned 10 years ago. Apologies to no 5 Marrickville.

I dont even kn0w why now the shops have to come up with luxury diamonds to con us punter to pay more.

I think stick with d basic, make it simple.
Just have 1 type of service level instead of few different level..
Firstly u making it confusing for the punter secondly u giving opportunity the girls to find loopholes to avoid particularly service that they don't want to do.

C I only been 2 278 twice but I like it there is they stick to the basic, all girls must provide the service that the shop listed and it's only got 1 option.

Again back when I first start punting I remember in the west having bbbj is extra n u have to negotiate with the girls, but nowadays its included.
Plus when we book a girl for the time, she belong to us, she should be professional

OK, So many things to address so let’s do this systematically.

Because you didn’t list the girls name I had to ask all of the luxury diamond girls as to who used their phone during a work session. Only one admitted to using it but not in the way you described. While I’m not saying the OP is liar I do think answering the phone mid coitus is a bit much…don’t you think.

While the girl in question did say she answered the phone she said it was after the “work” had been done. Regardless I do consider this an unacceptable practise. Like you said she is being paid for the time to be with you. As a result I have asked that particular girl to turn on airplane mode during the beginning of work sessions to avoid the temptation of using her phone again, she has also been issued with a strict warning that any further complaint resulting in the usage of a phone will result in disciplinary action.

We sincerely apologise that this incident has occurred and will contact you via PM on how we can work together to resolve this.

Secondly lets address the issue of management. We give our girls more freedom and autonomy as we want them to feel more relaxed at work. However this freedom is something they shouldn’t take for granted. The expectation is that they will enter each session ready to do the work they have been paid for. This is an expectation that has been set by myself and every girl knows this. However because we rule with a velvet glove rather than an iron fist sometimes things do slip through the cracks. it would be good to have constant reminder of the basic rules every now and then after the initial induction, say, on the weekly meeting, or when handing out pay check. etc

does the girls even understand the different level of service?
i know you have different nationalities/languages to cover, but do they really understand?
or you tell them the different service types (you said your piece, you think you done your job), but, did you ask them to communicate back in their own words, just to make sure they understand?

i think sometimes you do have to show some iron fist and fire one or two misbehaved girls in front of everybody, one strike rule aka no second chance kinda thing, to keep others in line.

They know my bottom line, if customer paid for diamond service and wanted CIM and didn't get it then we dock her pay back to premium and refund the difference between diamond and premium back to the customer. I don't "fire" them I just tell them to take a "vacation". I don't like to put the hammer down but if it comes down to it I will. They all know the difference between the service standards. One the reasons why we offer multiple service levels is that. Is to provide customer with options. Some people just don't want to play premium due to health risks etc. But to answer your questions yes they do know the difference and they know what is expected.
