You guys are missing one key detail in the booking process.
Often you are trying to book the popular girl at the shop, guess who is doing all the booking work? the girls who aren't that popular, they don't have any motivation to rush around lining up bookings for another girl they probably don't like or don't know.
If a booking comes in for say cindy and sarah is the one who looks at the phone is she going to bother organizing the booking..... nope she is going to go back to scrolling tiktok and when cindy has a break in 2 hours she can get back to you.
Put 3 independent women contractors in a shop, all competing for the same customer set and expect them to all help each other and not bitch fight and carry on, yeah right no chance thats a recipe for disaster, it's why if I want to book I just go the 5 star the guy there gets back to you in 2mins everytime and there is never a fuck up.

I can only respond to that with my individual perspective, but me personally, I don't always go for the most popular girl(s), more often than not I stay away from them.
And if you re-read my OP, I was mostly complaining about the lack of input, care, management from the shop owners. If they allow rivalries between their MLs to impact on overall shop performance, then they should probably not be running a business, and that would also be one more reason to stay away.
Shop owners: If in the year 2025 you want to own a massage shop, but you don't care about running and managing it, and you still expect maximum profits, and you want your customers to have an easy and reliable booking experience while the girls can tend to their customers uninterruptedly, AI is your friend. It's inexpensive and not that complicated. Solutions for massage, wellness shops etc. DO EXIST.
Well to me logic says that any business would answer a ringing phone - even just to shut it up - rather then immediately answer an electronic communication (email or txt) I don't know of many shops where the actual owner is present full time, it is usually a working manager.
I guess you're probably one of these people that expect immediate answer to an email too and if not ring the business asking if they got your email.
