Caution: Good girls but unsafe environment

I've been a regular at this place for several months now, and there's no doubt—the massage and services are great. Girls are skilled, friendly, and genuinely good at what they do (most of them).

However, there's one major downside that's hard to ignore. Nearly every time I visit, there's some sort of loud drama unfolding near the front desk. Shouting matches, heated arguments, and recently, it escalated to physical confrontation. On my last visit, a short, slim Asian lady at the reception was actually hitting a white dude during a very intense exchange—shocking, to say the least.

So while the massage itself is great, be prepared for a potentially chaotic and noisy environment. If you're hoping for a peaceful, relaxing experience from start to finish, this might not always deliver on that front.

To be fair the Parramatta area is filled with low iq dickheads and dirty, haggling pajeets. I've witnessed so many of these assholes out front that I don't bother punting at PBM anymore. Few weeks ago I saw some stinky indian bloke arguing to haggle a $50 handy to $25-$30 bucks. That's why some of the girls working there ask for payment upfront and not after since they sometimes don't even pay the full amount without arguing.

Agree, Parramatta gets some undesirables. There was a small commotion in the foyer last Tuesday evening when I visited. On a positive note, the guy in the room next to me was banging his ML for a solid 30-40min and she was enjoying every moment. If that was one someone from this forum, Respect!
