Yeah not all of them do, but even though I have not seen as many girls as others here did, it’s still more than 7. And the majority do give bbbj. The price is indeed high though which I resented before.
however, I started going back again to my previous regular shop to get more variety rather than just Japanese and Korean girls all the time, but in two of the three experiences I had there, the girls refused to even take off their panties. According to their WeChat they are moving to 360 Pitt St as of this Thursday 11th of May. Last time I visited I was asking about girls I've seen before like Aya and Hitomi and they said some of them would be coming back. Having said they posted there first opening week roster and don't recognise any names as yet but there is a $15 discount for the first 2 weeks they are open at there new address.
Regarding BBBJ here in my experience I've been with a few girls and this was always included in the price. Bit of an awkward ending to a visit (saw Aoi) to the new shop when I walked out front through the new rainbow road entrance with 2 cops talking to a mamasan (never seen her at the other address).

They're at the old Korean Bathhouse next to the Shark Hotel now.
Yeah it was okay. I preferred the decor in the other shop, it was light and airy and always looked clean and inviting.
The rooms here are small with dark interior colours. I don’t expect to use the showers in the room.
Pro tip:- the rear entry is through a building on Liverpool St.
