It's not really my problem, but:
Apologies, sorries, wordy responses in a forum are fairly cheap.
The two bits I feel are missing in that response are 'refund' or 'discount on next visit'.
If I were the person who experienced what Padangprince described, the vague promise of hoping (not even guaranteeing) "... to provide a better experience in the future..." would not make me want to visit the shop again.
And, shop owners and massage 'therapists': I understand that sometimes, when a client walks through door, the chosen ML might feel that she doesn't want to provide a service to that person, for whatever reason. This is her right. But rather than still taking that person's money and providing a shitty experience, perhaps it would be more beneficial for all parties if she were simply upfront about it and arranged for a different provider to deliver the service.

She is under no obligation to provide services to you if she doesn’t want to. Most common services are provided by most service providers, but you can’t fault them if some decided not to provide certain standard service; provided you haven’t pay there is nothing wrong with it.

Not trying to minimize his experience or the attitude of a ML. But other things have been mentioned by a few others. I have experienced being double booked, late start to booking, cut short of time, indifferent attitude from a ML. But these things have been at shops that include Acqua, 5*, TTC, AT, FG, Harmony, Golden Lotus and possibly more. It's just not seemingly just T5. It's an industry wide phenomenal. We are dealing with other people, half of which have poor English skills and are culturally different. Plus they are females.
I'm not suggesting that we don't stand firm, but let's put it all into perspective. A simple solution as someone mentioned when things are going south, just have the massage only. Or take the lowest priced service.
I know when seeing escorts, if I felt things wouldn't go well (like outdated pics), just change from the hour to their 20 minutes service. One still gets a shot off for minimal damage to the wallet. Saves a lot of angst.
Again, not minimizing the story provided. But a better solution could have been found on the day.

Agree with this. I personally have seen Daisy before and she's been good and professional every time. If a provider wants more money (or less) than that's up to them. It's then up to you to accept, reject or negotiate. At least she told you everything upfront beforehand.
