I have been lurking on this site for a few months so thought I would post my first A/R.

It was 6-7 weeks ago so I can't precisely remember but I think I paid $100-$120 all up for NHJ & CBJ but YMMV.
I thought given the service I received that it was good value for money but just my own opinion for what it is worth.
