When you think about a shop phone like T5, they probably getting 20 guys messaging about the roster, got 50 guys making bookings, they got 30 phone calls a day and a bunch of wechat aswell.
When Hemika calls in sick, all they have is a piece of paper with times and names on it, they don't write down every guys phone number along with the booking.
So to contact all of her 10+ bookings they would need to troll through 100's of messages over previous days trying to match names and times to phone numbers.
In between working themselves.
