I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Take 5. Once again, another lady I booked no show for an awkward 15 minutes. While awkwardly sitting waiting, I noticed how busy the place was, yet despite repeatedly texting to confirm that I was still waiting, I received no reply. It gave the impression that no one cared, or perhaps that the MLs managing their own bookings has made the system unreliable. You begin to realise how pathethic you are to beg to be as the 100th dick of the day.
This ongoing issue with punctuality and lack of communication has made the booking process increasingly frustrating. Unfortunately, this will be my last attempt with Take5, as I can no longer tolerate a system that doesn’t respect clients’ time
