Fault Analysis:

• HER: Given NTI, maybe been told can make $150/customer. Specific details didn't register... but then, neither did you:

I learned my lessons by asking what’s the charging rate beforehand.
Long story short, visiting any establishment rate including nhj to reduce hassle.
