easiest thing to do is go book the girl and you can ask them in the room if they work anywhere else, most of the girls are pretty forthcoming because they want regulars on as many days as possible

can confirm she's quit PBM, my understanding is she's only at merrylands 3x days a week now but she might pick up a shift another day elsewhere

You got that right. It's a win-win: you know where she's working and she has a customer base (that can move if she changes shops, adding to her "prestige" at the new shop). It's why you get their WeChat (or Line) contact. Just use some common sense (as crum says), ask IN THE ROOM, not in the hallway or lobby if front of others (just like at your job, if you're looking for another, I wouldn't want the boss to know).

Big Plus: you don't have to whine "anyone know where ____ is?" A simple, DIRECT message, and now YOU know. And if you don't get an answer? That IS an answer. IMPE: pandemic? No problem. Years later, after lockdown lifted, travel available, picked right back up with my starting rotation.
