Viagra would give me headaches. When I switched to Cialis, no side effects. Bought OTC in BKK, pharmacy. Then, for cost reasons, switched to prescription Tadalafil from my GP back home. Branded vs generic; same active ingredients. Like I said, 20 mg couple of hours before the punt. In my "younger" days, 1 pill would be sufficient for a weekend, 2 pulls.
