If you knew any of the girls or knew the owners directly you would know exactly what's happened.
Two-fold check, your standard immigration visa check and there was reports that one of the girls in the shop was very underage. This same girl worked in several shops in sydney including 69 savann, 252b stanmore, SGM, PBM, Bankstown and Croydon.
Many punters fucked her and there is a reason they had to close and pull girls off the roster and delete historic roster posts.
They've been able to re-open because they've switched pty ltd's that are renting the SGM space so they can continue operating under another business name or they've been able to shift the blame to someone else. There is a reason that everything has been removed from XPages for PBM, SGM and their Ryde shop as well.
Interesting as this is what I've heard from the girls in the shop.
damnnn thats fucking messed up on a few levels (if true) not sure if the girls should be praised for whistle blowing if they knew this or if they were the ones responsible in reporting cos the underage girl stole their business.. where theres smoke theres fire right. I guess the saving grace is that the girl is out know (hopefully)

Hypothetically If got caught in a room with a minor at a legitimate shop are you in trouble in the eye of the law? Of if you write a review of FS action with a ML/WL who turned out to be underage, do you become a sex offender?

Well now we know it cant all be true if at least one of the girls is still rostered on and actively working there. Any punters willing to TOFTT to try and find out the truth. Braver man than I if so. Also would it not incriminate the other girls there who did Les Doubles with them?
I think if you didn't know at the time you will be clear, but even so who wants to go through the trouble of having to prove it? What if you can't? That's a huge risk. So.... Let the scrubbing continue!
I don't know why you're saying it can't all be true, the bloke who wrote about the underage thing pretty clearly said the immigration issue and the under-age issue were two separate girls.. could all totally be false accusation too I suppose.
All I know is I won't be going near any shop that's facilitated a minor at any stage in time. The potential headache simply isn't worthwhile and with the number of shops in Sydney alone, it's not hard to stay away from a few shops when you have more than 50 to choose from.
Thats exactly my point. If it's the two separate girls as mentioned by desolateguy with two different problems, but one of the girls is still actively working there, then we know at least one of the rumours can't be accurate I.e the immigration issue. It doesn't mean the other underage rumour isn't true, but seems unlikely the underage girl is one of the girls who is working today as a few had suspected unless the shop owners are absolutely brain dead and asking for trouble.
