Never been myself, but seems to me that they're upfront about prices and services. Might be a licensed exotic shop, might be "plain", but still up to the provider as to what she offers and at what price to whom. IME there's a number of variables as to what goes on in that decision (e.g. potential repeat business, hygiene, attitude, personal biases, end of the month and loans due...).
