Yes, they do.
Just look on their wechat and you can see "diamond with NURU".
Saying that, I have only seen the new J Girls, and their NURU is a bit hit and miss, but what they lack in technique they make up for with effort.
If you want someone with more experience then Mirage is your bet from what I gather, but I am no expert on Mirage but if you read the thread you can find comments about who does the best NURU there.
