I’ve seen Winona and Yumi quite a few times. They don’t offer P3, and their services are pretty limited. Yumi recommended Giana and Bianca , and they both offer FS. Just because you see a girl regularly does not mean she will want to offer you FS.
These girls all offer FS. However, they don't offer it to everyone. The last time I spoke about this in here, I got in trouble because apparently, certain clients believe they are being offered this because of a special bond they have with the girl, and they will pay a decent amount of money fairly regularly for the privilege.
It is also worth considering that since these girls are specialists at what they do, you may find FS to be a little bit disappointing.

No Winona has not provided FS to me.
I've seen Winona twice and had a great time both times. I have asked her about FS and she has said that she does provide with certain clients but she needs to feel a certain attraction or connection to them. So it wasn't a no, but as I said, I've seen her twice and an either not attractive enough, or don't make her feel that certain "connection".
This is a job she does, and she does take pride in what she does, so I don't take it personally and just try to enjoy it.
If I want something certain I go down the road to Mystic 93, pay a higher price and enjoy that.
