While you are at this, can you now work backwards and see how much money the shop is making ? since you know how many girls work there each day and what is the shop's cut, knowing the shop opens 7 days and may only close a few days a year - looking forward to seeing more numbers from you.

For massage joint I know shop is getting half so $30 per hour. If shop has 4 girls and each has say ave 5 1hr sessions, shop will be grossing 600 a day conservatively. More likely a good shop make a $800-$1000 per day.

at approximate $350000 per annum (before tax) doing 37.5hrs/wk, that's a lot of loose change for a single young female.

Using the same statistics:
On any day=5x$30=$150 …5x$50=$250 …$400 per day or $2800 per week per girl (assuming shop's open 7days)
Avg 6 WLs per shift $2800x6=$16800 per week
Open 52 weeks $16800x52=$873600 per annum or $72800 per month

Taking into account miscellaneous opex such as sundries, rental, brothel licences, council fees, water rates, electricity+gas, insurance etc … conservatively i reckon $50k per month cash in hand is the take home figure for joints like TP64 or 533W

At the end of the week;
Compare a ML/WL face to the face of a mid-level manager on $165K/yr or$185K if she's a non-resident . (same as $116K after tax ), lol.
What young girl wouldn't be doing this work?

I think one thing maybe missed in all this analysis is the amount of opportunity for MLs to earn a consistent number of jobs. It's fine for those CBD shops that are busy because the demand is there due to the high volume of customers and in turn the demand for young pretty girls. If a ML can gain a shift at one of those shops then yes income would be good.

However for each of these high volume shops there are dozens of suburban shops where the number of customers per day is very inconsistent. At these shops the income of the girls varies widely, from $0 - $100 on a really bad day to $200 on an average day. $300 would be a good day.

So my point is there are plenty of jobs in these suburban massage shops but the income is not that high. The $50 tips culture is fairly unique to those CBD as shops but nowhere near like that in your typical suburban shop- tips range from $20 - $50 there.

That's a good point as well- if the ML is smart, treats her customers well and builds up a pool of repeat customers it doesn't matter where the shop is she will earn good money. Mamasans really like this kind of girl working in their shop. As long as the girl gets along with the other girls in her shifts - we could start a whole topic on how the turn based system works for walk in customers and how it sometimes causes friction between the ladies. Not to mention the rivalry that starts up between the girls sometimes
