Thanks for the honest review, I don't know, as you said, may be an off day, BTW, you mentioned that the session finished 15 min early, did you ask Lisa to end the session earlier because of the parking or did she short change you for time??

If you told her to finish early, then perhaps she was short of her usual built up by 15 min, you could be missing out on some good stuff.

On the other hand, if you didn't tell her to finish early, then how can you say she was struggling to finish you off? She got 15 min to spare didn't she, I think we say WL, ML couldn't finish us off when they ran overtime and you are still no where near!!

Just wondering, the timing could be a factor, please explain.

Otherwise, may be she simply wasn't good enough for you, fair enough, please move on to other fish then. I'll find out from Foxy if they are any other not so good feedback as well. Time: don't think I was short changed on purpose. I left 15 min early which included taking a shower and waiting at the beginning. So, you tell me... Either she totally miscalculated her timing or she just wasn't careful. I just felt the part 1 finished early and went to part 2 already.

I was not trying to pressure Brother Moz to back away or change his opinion, and Mozie is very experienced in this game so his opinion is valuable. And Lisa is not a rare species under protection, she can protect herself, if anything, my reaction and asking for more details on the session and the issue about time was more like a quality control process.

But I suppose people should appreciate what happens next, Foxy was concerned enough to call Lisa on her day off and let her know there was a complaint , Lisa was concern enough to go online to read the post and registered herself so that she can PM me what happened and in the end I was simply passing on her messages.

How often you see the shop owner and the ML even want to know about complaints let alone following it up further. Mind you, according to brother Moz, it was not even a complaint! It just that he has such a high expectation heading into the session and when the experience didn't quite live up to the hype, he was disappointed more than upset, it was still a pretty good session compare to others , just wasn't the best.

Well, enough said really, but I think in this instance it showed that both Foxy and Lisa had the right attitude in customer services and willing to listening and wanting to improve, that's good enough for me........great job girls
