Had the same experience today..... But i think she only bc on sorting out all the cancelled booking and the arrangement. A little bit disappointed but I think it's just an one off incident.

She has apologized to me over the phone afterward ... I suppose everyone should hope Vicky could found more gems later than just walked off forever
