I have been going to VIP for years now and have fully stamped countless loyalty cards, however, I will no longer be attended this establishment.
Went in for a 1 hour massage this afternoon, the girl who opened the door looked disinterested and unhappy to be there. This immediately put my on the back foot and made me feel uneasy. I arrived at 1:15pm and was shown to a room. The girl returned about 5mins later and proceeded to give me the worst “massage” I have ever received.
She squeezed my neck with her hands but only used her elbows for the remaining time. Just leaning on 1 and slowly non-descriptively rotating the other, sometimes even just stopping. Not on any pressure points or anything, just stopping.
She only touched my neck, shoulders and calves, no back/arms/hands/thighs/feet etc.
Then after 30mins she says that she is going to get a hot towel. After about 5mins she comes back and asks if I would like some water because the massage was over!
I said that I paid for a full hour and it had only just been 35mins (There are clocks on each room)
The girl was so rude and unprofessional I just grabbed my things and left.
Disgusting behaviour coupled with time theft and the absolute worst massage of my life means I will never return to VIP.
