Reposting as i put this under Bluemoon instead of Eastwood Blue Moon.

Saw Maggie at bluemoon massage Eastwood yesterday. Standard massage and everything, nothing to note apart from the fact it was pretty cold in the room. Anyway all is going fine until we go for the flip. We both agree on NHJ for $50.
Before she even starts, I ask her to move closer to touch her then she says you have to pay extra to touch. I'm like i always pay $50 for NHJ which involves touching. She's like no you pay extra, didn't want to get blackmailed at this stage so I go no i don't want to pay that (I didn't even have the extra money on me since I always just carry what i want so i don't overspend).

Mind you at this stage she hasn't touched me at all and I haven't touched her. She then shouts at me and says this session is cancelled 40 min into my 60 minute session. I ask for her name so I can talk to her manager she doesn't want to tell me, I ask to speak to the boss she doesn't say anything just walks out and the boss wasn't working I think so just left empty handed.

If she outlined on the outset that it would have been extra then that's fair but did until after I agreed on the price. Regardless of all this if we did not agree on a price and she never started the HJ she should just continue the 60min massage like I paid for.
Really shit way to do business by agreeing then trying to upsell then cancel the original service after. I'm going to guess if i paid the "extra" i'd be only to touch her body but not boobs, then she'd make me pay extra for that as well.

So i was contacted by the manager who was on holiday so not working at the time. She asked me come in and profusely apologised to me about the situation and was refunded my bad session. She let me know she disciplined the girl and it would have not happened if she was at the shop which she usually is.
Happy at the outcome as you can't control how the girls act but the way she fixed the situation up after was very respectable instead of blaming the customer like I've seen other shops do. Have been a regular here for years and this was the first time unluckily it was when she wasn't there.
