So I had a mate just tell me he did bbfs with a private recently (she advertised bbfs) and ended up with chlamydia and passed it onto he's gf too 😅 - now on antibiotics to get rid of it.

So my question is, I know quite a few WL and ML in shops these days providing bareback services - how to they manage to not catch or pass on anything?
Is there medicine they take regularly to reduce or prevent the risk?
