Once the more experienced girls in the shop get in their ear and flash how much they earn, they get curious.
A few trusted customers who arent animals who are patient with them generally get first crack.
Once they understand the business better and have their heads right, its game on.
Or they are moved on.
Girls who are full on from the beginning tend to go or are crazy.

If you want certainty for service there are plenty of other shops, brothels or privates.
Or see one of the more experienced girls here where you know their services.
I see what you mean, nobody expects 100% certainty, but if you’re going to be a Tier 1 shop, you should be able to count on good service and solid standards. That’s what sets them apart.

Even mature shops can have periods where things aren’t running perfectly, but if there’s a lot of inconsistency or new staff constantly learning the ropes, it starts to feel more like a Tier 2 shop, reliable, just not top tier. Great shops should be focusing on being consistent and professional, the way more mature markets do.

If a venue isn’t quite there yet, it’s fairer for everyone to call it Tier 2, so people know what to expect.
