Wives and girlfriends

I think is a mental disorder on my part. It helps me to deal with my crippling anxiety and makes me feel adventurous. It also feels like I'm treating myself, I have worked my ass off all my life, and have never taken a break since I have memory, so it feels like my only sin besides being a 'model' citizen. Also, I don't engage in risky sexual behaviours, mostly HJ and Body slides

Wanting sexual release and/or naked intimacy isn't a mental disorder at all. You're doing fine.
