If you are a frequent punter or high spending (often do doubles etc.) it's probably worth. On the flip side. If you are cashed up anyway, you may not care this discount.
Gold member (0-380 points) within 6 months.
10 dollar spend = 1 point.
380 points = 100 off.

Automatic upgrade to Diamond if you are able to get the 380 points within 6 months of getting the card, and the points never expire after that.

Diamond member (no expiry of points)
10 dollar spent: 1 point.
380 points = 100 off.
Birthday + 190 points = 100 off.

Might need to visit ginza often that first 6 months to get that Birthday discount and Diamond status.
