To open a second shop!! I think that will be a bit too pre-mature.
Vicky is doing well at the moment mainly because she is running the show, it's her own personal customer services and the individual MLs' skills and services that making this shop popular. I think she still has a few things to learn and her operations can still improve a great deal, like to get the right balance of MLs (youth vs skills) to meet the differences in demand.
I think the best attributes shown by Vicky so far is that she listens to her customers, she talks to them, service them, join in the fun and put them in the right mood and the MLs will do the rest, how many other shop's mamasan will do that for you? No wonder they have punters out there buying lunch and dinners for Vicky and the girls, plenty other people bring them fruits and cakes etc.......haha. It's more than business relationships, there's a lot of friendships there as well. Then the communication with the customers on what they want, everyone is different - I love big boobs but also need a strong massage, so there are Ada, Sherry and Linda for me to choose, occasionally I don't mind a young and hot body - may be a little shy as well - Cici is perfect. Then some other brothers just like them young and cute - Tiffany and friend Emma, Lina, Mico and the new girl Rebecca will fit the bills.........etc, etc.
Give her a few more months and if business continues to grow and service standards are maintained, then it will be a good time to look at either expansion or move to a bigger shop with better facilities. And raise the price to $40/30 min and $60/hr or higher!! - will you then complain about the price being too high??......................LOL
