This just came across my mind :

If you have a Medicare card, and if you are thinking of seeing a psychologist or other allied health professional,
you can go to your GP and ask for a Medicare Health Plan. You can get good discounts from the psychologist etc.
The plan allows you up to 10 visits per year.
