I am rather new to getting massages (I like them!). So far during part 2 I have just laid there on my back rather passively while everything happens. It's great, but I am wondering if there is more to it.

So what do my brothers do? Do you actively get involved? Change positions? Ask before touching or just dive right in? Move the ML around at all? I realise YMMV, but I would like to get more actively involved in part 2 and I am interested in hearing your thoughts.
