I dont think anyone is actively endorsing drug use or trying to advertise, but unfortunately prostitution and drugs are inextricably linked. I don't see what the problem is in having one thread out of the entire general talk section to discuss it openly? Bit more interesting than the bulk of threads asking what everyone's favourite type of nipples are or if we watch If You Are The One etc.
