I prefer introductions over line ups. It's easier to have a chat with the girl if she is one on one with you and lets you form that first impression about her. In a line up, you can't ask the girls questions and you might feel uncomfortable having so many girls staring at you (just like on the Chinese dating show If You're The One).

I actually don't like lineups, or even the girls meeting you one by one, and I do find them awkward. I prefer to ask the reception for a particular type of girl.

You could even try to talk to the girls , see which is friendly, will do such and such, etc during the one by one

I am not a fan of line ups I prefer the one on one introductions, you can then speak to the girl ask he any questions about her service etc which you can't do in aline up IMHO.

But even with the one on one intro system if the girl just comes in and says I am so and so and leaves this is no good its also no good if the receptionist stands next to the girl.

The thing is if you don't like it then ask for what you want if its a line up ask can I speak with so and so and then go from there.

Its your dollar and the shop and girls want it so you are the customer you have the power even if its only for a moment! Ha Ha

I did find out eventually.
He actually had more than just his wife in the line up, also sister-in-laws, neices, aunties, etc. his thought was everyone evenly was employed, with not favourites by using next in line.
SO the storey with his daughter, was she wasn't actually working except as a receptionist, and I took her by surprise. The old man complained which he did forever more whenever I saw him. I shut him up with something about him fucking her mother, someone has to do his daughter... I cant exactly remember, but it embarrassed him enough to leave the issue.

Normally receptionist always push us to introduce quickly: Don't talk too much. Don't take too long. That's why girls don't have time to talk to clients. That's really not their fault.
