Remember Total of inbox + sent box must be less than allowed max amount.

You can see the allowed quota on the top of your inbox page.

Different level of usergroup will have different allowed max quota for pm

So please do the clean up and back up on both inbox and sent item.

As there is some enquiry from members that their pm stop working after the new rule applied.
