When the penis goes in. That's the difference between a massage/rnt shop and a full service/brothel.
Actual sex = full service.
Massage = you get a massage from the girl, then you flip over for 'part two' which is handjob. At some shops girls may get nude. Some might oil bodyslides, depending on the shop it might need a tip for this, and they might do blowjob for a tip.
Pyrmont doesn't do full service. Some girls have services of bodyslides/body to body oil massage, it's more of a premium massage place than a basic 'rnt' thai massage shop.
Good massage shops usually feel more relaxed, the girls more comfortable usually because they aren't doing FS and they basically control everything. It's a different type of experience.
You're guaranteed FS in a FS shop while in an adult massage shop (RNT), you'll receive a massage. In addition to a massage, you can have a HJ and body slide with the girl getting naked for you but this would require an extra tip. There is also the possibility you might receive a few extras at the RNT shop but it is all up to the girl. If she takes a liking to you then who knows what might happen.

I don't really see it being the challenge everyone makes it out to be - at the moment off my rough calculations i'd say from 18 different ML 13 of them have provided FS as an extra and all have been on a first visit and not required any real groundwork. And of the 5 that didn't one was the receptionist who upfront said she doesn't FS but she was cute so i figured whatever - and it was only my second time going to a massage place at that stage.

As has previously been noted above, it's the challenge of getting extras in addition to a massage from a ML that makes guys go these shops. FS girls give you sex all the time when you go to the shop. A ML doesn't have sex with every guy that walks in. That's the difference, however there are some MLs who do for the extra cash. I guess for some guys it's better to be with a ML who is not having sex with every guy but maybe occasionally or just once with some customer that she takes a liking to than with a WL.
Some guys state that with some MLs a second visit will be required before you get a 'special' service from a girl. It doesn't have to go this far. Some MLs are willing to do it on the first visit and in some cases, you'd be surprised that it's the girl and not the customer who makes the offer of extras.
