The room was a bit hot, and I sweated quite a bit. With the heater off and no fan inside, or a way to cool the air in the room faster, the easiest was to douse myself in cold water in the shower.
in this case, you can always call receptionist and say it's too hot sorry it's central heating system. hehe...
