Looks good, I'd have every picture link to a separate page for the girl, where you list all the details listed by vitamin, have extra photos, and link reviews.. (oh and the spelling is enhanced)..
But I think the most important thing is keeping it up to date, always get photos & details in as a new girl starts, keep the roster accurate, and remove girls who've left etc.. And i think having regular snapchat posts would be good too..
If you don't want to post a full weeks roster, maybe you can include when each girl is available next?
Not sure how you are managing the content, but it would be best to edit a database or auxiliary files which generate the page rather than editing the html to update content.
Logo looks pretty good, kinda like a perfume brand. Classy.
- I would put general information of girls (height, cup size, type of service, price) alongside the photos.
- when in doubt, Helvetica.
- drop down menu doesn't work on my mobile (Microsoft Edge on Windows phone)
- have a splash page would be good. It tells people what kind of atmosphere your establishment is like (fun Vegas, classy, etc.) and the design language needs to reflect that.
- MATCH WEBSITE DESIGN TO INTERIOR DESIGN. Create a visual identity.
- would have grey text and white prices instead of the other way around (price is what people want to look for).
- grey out photos of unavailable girls.

Hi Christmast, just a advice you can use a plug-in call slick carousel to slide the image instead of stacking them together, need bit of jquery and coding, for media query(mobile) hamburger menu for your nav bar is much better and position sticky on top even when u scroll down the navigation is fix on top
