69 seem like a yobbo, but i reckon behind that classic Westie lingo he is a successful businessman.

Mega corporates like Maccas bunnings and woolworth pretend they make money via selling food, and tools when in actual fact, they are making big money buy buying real estate, develop infracstructure and sell,
when they time is right.

Like when i started my business 15 years ago, i actually went outta my way to have more debt but buy the property of the place i wanted to operate and now i am assured that
even if i quit or sell my business product i will still have made substantial amount from the selling of the property which has went up quite extensivley in the last 10 years.

so yeah, just wanted to have a say to that. Not trying to show off but, 69's comment made me want to comment.. LOL
