Im sure there's still a lot to learn about the female sexual organs. Apparently it was only discovered in 2009 just how big the clitoris is.

Clit sizes (like penis size) vary also. Some a big and long and like a mini penis especially when aroused (kind of a turn off)

Squirting

Is female ejaculation our 'version' of semen or simply urine?

Yes and no is the answer according to the study, titled "Nature and Origin of 'Squirting' in Female Sexuality".

The researchers recruited seven women who reported being able to 'squirt' readily upon orgasm.

The women first went to the bathroom and then had pelvic ultrasounds taken to check that their bladders were empty.

In the – hardly arousing –lab setting the women then sexually stimulated, either through masturbation or with their partner until they reached orgasm, which took between 25 and 60 minutes.

Just prior to the women reaching orgasm they had another scan and another again immediately after ejaculating.

The scans found that, sure enough, their bladders were empty after they went to the bathroom and before the experiment started.

In the second scan however, their bladders were full again and then empty in the final scan, indicating they had indeed urinated.

Analyses of the fluid samples produced a mixed bag of results.

Five of the women expressed urine but also had prostatic-specific antigen (PSA) present in their emission. PSA is an enzyme produced by the female prostate and is associated with 'true' female ejaculate. The other two women showed no difference in the chemicals present in their urine and the fluid squirted at orgasm.

The French researchers concluded that, based at least on the women they studied, the results "indicate that squirting is essentially the involuntary emission of urine during sexual activity, although a marginal contribution of prostatic secretions to the emitted fluid often exists".

“This study presents convincing evidence that squirting in women is chemically similar to urine, and also contains small amounts of PSA that is present in men’s and women’s true ejaculate,” says Barry Komisaruk, also at Rutgers.

“This study helps to reconcile the controversy over the fluids that many women report being released at orgasm,” he adds. “There are evidently two different fluids, with two different sources. Whether either of these fluids plays a physiological role – that is, whether they serve any adaptive function, is not known.”
