I think as the shop is still open and trading. Then it's still a legal business that may or may not have provided illegal services. As this case is still in the courts who nos what the outcomes will be. But would I go back there NO!!!

As for randy talking about this shop, leave the guys alone. It's not his fault his is smitten by one perticuaral lady there. Can't blame him she is sexy as. I'm sure most of us boys that visit the shops often. Have gotten a little to close to a girl from time to time

First up just to an earlier statement about what the charges are in relation to punters, check out section 229I of the queensland criminal code. Max penalty isn't exactly a tap on the wrist. As for prosecuting there is a reason why they probably won't and its the same reason its still legal to attend the shop, they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you even had a clue that it was a place that could have been used for prostitution. Its easier to ping the workers and owner on that charge since they are there all the time but a client could quite easily just have gone in there for a legit massage and not had the slightest inkling. In saying all this its why i am only looking at private girls these days, to much risk for this law abiding person of being pinged for something i didn't do
