When I said "cheap" I mean below $100 and not places like midas or 5*!

I will start by the ones I know:

Although you said CBD, but I think you must also include the Newtown shops for the cheap/best value, it will be a bit hollow to have a list like this and not included the cheapest!! (only couple of train stops from the city):

A quck read through the "Health & Fitness" ads in the Telegraph would be a good place to start compiling your list from CBD addresses. Perhaps other members could provide details where known.

The list there seems to be shrinking, probably only half as many as 12-18 months ago. Wonder if they are closing down, or just can't afford the rates.

To be honest I dont think the list is necessary as there is no way you can beat Oasis or just and Thai B2B joins. Even 501/532 you pay half hour massage 30 + 30 hur cloths off u still not going to get B2B and Pussy play which most Thai girls do.
