To try pinpoint one WL is a bit hard unless its the only girl you ever see, I have heard of it remaining dormant for months before symptoms appear, by also naming a WL you open yourself up to law suits..

In that case, you probably shouldn't go out punting at all. How do you know you're not going in after someone who had STD before ? It's even more dangerous than WL's, because if a WL was infected, even you know about it, for sure she would have been treated to resume working. But you wouldn't know if your friend's been treated yet.
