hey mi goreng I see you have a fair point there, you have every right to be angry from your experience, as a customer you are (always) right!
but to be fair if you're not happy with Vicky's service shouldn't you tell her why and what you're not happy with, and tell her directly what you'd want from your perspective.
I know everyone's different with expressing themselves but if I were you, I would confront her with the problem myself, explain your situation like a gentleman, and walk away if there's no resolution.
Just my 2 cents.
All I said was for mi goreng to take a chill pill and he bites my head off and then accuses me of advertising for snow lotus.

OK so I read what I wrote and it may have sounded a little bit rude. Anyways I hope your day gets better brother Mi Goreng but the harsh comments was not welcome. I liked you better on the "a boring life, advice wanted" thread, you seemed more of a caring person. This is a side of you that has really shocked me.

Add much of a fan I am at Snow Lotus, I do trend to agree with your comments. The idiot that was late should have his time cut even if it's a 30 min booking.
Perhaps Vicky should.have given you a call earlier.. Just to let you know and then perhaps your anger won't be as strong.
I'm sure Vicky would have apologised to you already, she has done as much a possible.. If you miss out on Leng, then it will be your great loss! ! !
Here's part of a post I made on another forum 3 years ago now.
"I call a shop and make an appointment to see a particular girl and the boss lady knows me and knows I will turn up. I arrive on time only to be told that the previous customer had extended an extra half hour. Having driven over half an hour to get there I was not impressed. I called after and had a long chat to boss lady but haven't been back since. Not the first time this has happened at this particular shop."
The only difference between now and then is my thinking is different. I still don't like it when it happens and really the only thing you can do is keep your cool say 'ok next time then' and walk out. Believe me they do care a little about losing a job and will try to offer an alternative to avoid missing out on the $100 or so of income.
But really even if you go to a shop twice a week a regular customer still represents only a small percentage of the shop's income. Harsh truth but that's the reality.
Hey Mi Goreng, don't take it personally. The shop may not have done the best thing to fix the situation (late punter should have to be the one inconvenienced), but at least Vicky tried to give you an alternative offering. And you're dealing with a small business, they try to do well but don't expect to be treated like you're at the Intercontinental hotel. It's just a $50/hr massage. Its not the end of the world and you an always try again later. No one's picking a fight with you.
I dont know what else to say to you Bro Mi Goreng, bad timing? heightened expectations? the waiting and agitation? I'm sorry to hear it but I can only imagine how you can be ticked off
with all those factors in play. When i'm in a bad mood, s**t happens around me as well
can't say I have a perfect streak with SL either, but I don't let one bad experience bowl me over and call it quits. Thats even harder to say because it happened to me on my first visit! xD
but I didnt have any real issues since and on a few occasions finished my session with another 5-10mins to spare because the next customer was running late so I kept the ML occupied

That's true .. I might be a bit harsh and strict with my timings ...
I was born and educated by a strict family when punctual is the first and most important rule in the family,
When someone says to me or th either way a time , then I really take it seriously and always will be at least 10 minutes earlier or I will ring and ahead.
My career is a chef , especially timing is crucial to me , or least dishes will be fucked and customers will walk away or complain... This is the stress I get from everyday and it made me who I am now.
Mostly I don't do bookings to snow lotus , but this particular girl " leng " everyone is talking about excites , that's why I call in ahead and book and confirm with vicky .. And all these happened and guess I will miss out the best of the best as I will be going back home soon , as in a few days time.
By the way , spankthemonkey , I don't agree with what you are talking , if u can't even manage a small business such as snow lotus , then how can you success in life ? Rome is not build in a day , everything counts from the smallest detail in life .. I'm just giving you an example and not against you or something.
M8 is a very good place as a business , even I was there for more than a lot of bro here , they never disappoint me but yet they never disappoint others , such as there's a time they were too busy that I was rejected to add another hour because someone had to used the room , now this is the way to run a business as everyone is treated fair and square , I was a regular till they even recognise my voice without saying my name , but still I got rejected for adding time... Now does it make sense to everyone ?
Yes it does make sense Mi Goreng, I wish all shops were run this way! Unfortunately they aren't, and the other thing to remember that for all the people like you and me who are punctual there is at least 2 or 3 others that aren't
It may sound a bit like I am making excuses for the shop- I'm not. From what I know about Vicky she will be figuring a way to handle the situation different next time. But yeah if I knew that a customer arriving 20 minutes late for a half hour booking was still allowed to proceed I'd be solving their problem for them by freeing their schedule a bit.
Mind you there's an even worse thing that can happen in massage shops- the mid massage switch. This sometimes happens when you get assigned a girl on a turn by turn basis, then a regular customer walks in and asks for your assigned girl. A lot of boss ladies will switch girls on you without asking to avoid losing the other customer. Don't get me started on that one. I hasten to add I haven't heard of this happening at SL though.
Yep, noone like being taken for granted or being treated as though their custom is unimportant.
Im probably 501/532's most regular customer atm and to be honest despite my bookings always being toward the end of the day i have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my ML. However, even after all this time i am on unfamiliar terms with the owner and he treats me as a stranger, more or less.
On the other hand, Ive only been to snow lotus a few times and my booking are almost always late, on one occassion for an hour. Nevertheless, vicky and the girls have always treated me with great care and affection while i have been waiting and for this reason i never minded so much.
I go to 501 only because i am particularly fond of a couple of the MLs working there, but i always feel more respected and my patronage more valued in SL, despite the frequent messing up of my scheduling.

anyway.. i hope my booking isnt stuffed up today.. had one cancellation last attempt and i am still waiting on my first visit to accomplish at SL....

All i can say is I dont think any of you have too much to complain about. All these wonderful shops right on your doorstep. Well i guess you do have a problem of who and where and when lol. I will have to look on with envy until i am back in a couple of months. Will make up for my absence dont worry. My nearest shop is thousands of km away haha. From info on this forum i think by then my agenda will be clearly mapped out when i return
...............and yes no. 741 will feature prominently on that agenda. You are atleast made to feel welcome here, which is a big value add and a benefit we all appreciate i think
